"Three star chef's knife series from Puma IP Solingen: Our sharp kitchen knife has a blade made of high-quality VG-10 Damascus steel. 67 side layers of SUS430 and SUS431 steel makes this damask knife an absolutely high-quality kitchen helper. The VG-10 gold steel Damascus series covers all areas of application in the demanding kitchen. The well-known knifemaker and technical book author Ernst Siebeneicher-Hellwig designed the series for the friends of beautiful and practical knives. The outer appearance is captivating due to the damascening of the blades and the beautifully shaped handles made of amber-colored pakka wood. Pakka wood is made by impregnating thin veneers of various hardwoods with synthetic resin and pressing them under high pressure. Pakka wood retains its shape even when exposed to moisture.
