Embroidered Fall Pumpkin Spice Hat Cap

The hats I received are nice, but the processing experience to receive them was awful. When I placed my ordered for 2 hat styles from this company I did not expect so much delay. Long story short 1 of the hat styles I ordered (ghost hats) are a backorder item. The company kept moving my shipping date, & would never ship. Almost a month after ordering; the hats still are not in stock! Customer service wasn't helpful. Shipping is also high. I paid $17 for them to ship 5 hats. So disappointing!
