We received our order quickly which helped us fill in gaps from orders we have not received from other companies just in time for Fall Open House! We love Sincere Surroundings and have always had nothing but the best experiences with them!

The products are good and packaging excellent, however, there was no communication. I ordered items on July 29 for a celebration at our shop on Aug. 12. I know that was not much time, but the site claims they fulfill orders within 8-10 days. After one month passed and the order still said "processing", I requested a cancellation and placed an order with another vendor. I was then notified by Faire that they couldn't cancel, as the order had already shipped. No apology or explanation.
