I specifically needed my cardboard displays to set up my warmies in my new store. The response I received was they were going to ship my order two weeks lag time. Their customer service informed me operations were going to ship them out sooner so I could have them for my opening date. I checked on them a few days later and their customer service sends me a tracking number and informed me they were shipped. I checked the tracking to find the UPS never received it & now find they cancel it!
