We did a BIG first order with Satchville, they called us to ask when was best to deliver, and all items (a lot of which were glass) arrived in perfect condition, we've had issues with other brands in the past and smashed items, but we are so so pleased with Satchville for how well packaged everything was. Delivery was prompt, and products are great value for money. Will definitely be ordering again.
