I love happy wax and my customers do too. The products fly off the shelf. I will order on a regular bases to maintain stock. However the shipping could be a little better, I’ve experienced missing items and I have received multiple damaged products that can’t be sold due to damages. Ashli was super responsive and absolutely amazing. They have always made things right. The other thing is price matching their website can hurt profit margins but they help out with doing sales and discounts on Faire

I absolutely love Happy Wax and so do my customers. I do have to say that the shipping could be a little better. I have received two warmers where the box were pretty damaged and I have also received shipments where one product were missing. However I reached out to them and they were more than happy to help and send a replacement. Don't let some of the bad reviews scare you from this brand they seem to alway want to make things right.
