A couple times, a few of the bowls were cracked/broken - not packed very well - but they were replaced quickly - and second time around were perfect!

I watched as the UPS guy carried both boxes with my sobremesa order. As he crossed the road he accidentally dropped both boxes! I was horrified thinking everything inside would be crushed. But there was NOT ONE broken piece! Kudos to the Sobremesa team for their excellent packaging. The items were - as always - breathtakingly beautiful! Thank you.
