Made in the Italian style, The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso is a non-alcoholic sweet vermouth (under 0.5% ABV) made to honor the great Italian vermouths. An essential ingredient in today’s most popular cocktails including the Negroni, Manhattan, Boulevardier, The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso has a core characterized by tannins of Pinot Grigio grapes and is fortified with floral, bitter, hoppy wormwood notes, stewed fruit and rich spices like cloves, cinnamon, and marjoram. Nose - Robust and warming spices, mingled with rhubarb, orange peel and Italian cola Palate - Rich turbinado sugar with drying christmas fruit cake, complex and integrated dark spices Finish - Velvety and unctuous, black pepper and ginger spices

Free Spirits has alway has a quality product, and now they have the branding to match, along with a new Vermouth Rosso! Free Spirits does a great job of replicating the 'burn' that one might expect from alcoholic counterparts. The bourbon is one of our favorites for whiskey cocktails - a real crowdpleaser in an apple butter old fashioned! Worth a try for anyone thinking of incorporating nonalcoholic drinks into their lifestyle.
