When I let them know 4 days after my order arrived when I was looking at the items that stones had fallen out, they ignored the subject. Then when I inquired again trying not to be a bother on returning some items they quickly basically told me to kick rocks. The tone of Erika and the way she misused dates and ethics made me not want to work with this brand at all for the items I did like. The metals are different tones than pictured as well many of my clients brought to my attention
