Engraved Floral Hat
All of the 9 hats came stacked in a single box 8.5 tall with no protective packaging. Needless to say, some of the crowns were smashed, feathers were damaged, and hat brims are bent. Also, 3 of the hats are of inferior quality material, they're some type of dollar store felt with almost no structure, show some discoloration, stitching around the brim is unfinished, and they have a bad stretch band. They look so bad I'm ashamed to sell them in my boutique. I left a voicemail, still no reply.

Engraved Floral Hat
MADE IN CHINA. This company claims they make everything themselves (see pic), that their products are “handcrafted and made to order”, however, their “Made in China” tags say otherwise. Not only are they misleading customers, their customer service was dismal when I reached out regarding defective products.
