Who needs beef jerky when you can have award winning salami?! Our salami is the perfect addition to any charcuterie board. All of our cured meats are handmade into 4 oz meat sticks. They make a great snack too! Our richest and creamiest salami boldly flavored with cheese from Blue Jacket Dairy (Bellefontaine, Ohio), Chardonnay from Debonne Vineyards (Madison, Ohio), chopped garlic, and fresh sage. All of our salami and chorizo is shelf stable! No refrigeration required! Our No. 1 Salami has a 10-12 month shelf life. We stamp the salami with a 12-months "Best if Used By" date from the day they are packaged and try hard to not ship any with less than 10-months left. Wine & Cheese Pairings: Pair No 1 with fruity red wine like Merlot, full-bodied white wine like Chardonnay or Champagne! Pairs well with a Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
