ALL HAIR TYPES: Rotating Dial with multiple heat settings. Up to 400˚ F for styling magic on all hair types. TRAVEL READY: 6 ft tangle free swivel cord and Instant heat recovery for consistent results. GET THE LOOK: Starting at the roots, slightly clamp a small section of hair and hold for a few seconds. Repeat until desired look is achieved. IMPORTANT: Select the LOWEST heat setting and test in one small section of hair for 5 to 8 seconds. If you want to use a higher setting, be sure to GRADUALLY increase the temperature.

Most all of the products are over stocked or discounted products from the original brands. You can definitely tell due to the product packaging. All products packaging had some type of defect to them, which is fine if they inform you of this before placing an order. I didn't get one of the items I ordered after getting the shipment but they were quick to resolve it.
