BREAKAGE POLICY: We hand-pack our cases of chips and ensure each bag has a strong seal. Rarely, a few bags rupture during transit due to a long, hot truck route or high altitudes. This breakage affects a few addresses frequently and most addresses not at all. We refund for all breakage the first time it occurs. Subsequent risk of breakage falls to the customer by reordering.
