The kits are packaged very well with cute designs etc. That's where my positive point ends. 2 biggest pet peeves, 1 customer has to go to the website the print or review cooking directions for the kits. 2 Once on the website farmsteady does a great job to promote their products which makes it feel like the goal is for the products to be purchased directly through farmsteady and not through our store. Value does not work me.
