These earrings are composed of hand painted and hand rolled paper beads made from upcycled paper. The paper is painted by hand and once the paint has cured, the paper is cut into long strips and then rolled into these gorgeous beads. Later, they are glazed with many coats of a water-based, clear acrylic. The earrings range in length from approximately 1 inch to 2 inches and dangle from stainless steel earwires. They are created in small batches in a wide variety of colorways and styles. The earrings will be carded on a flat card and will include silicone ear nuts. The card tells the process of creating the earrings (see photos). The photos included with this listing represent the variety of styles and colors that I create, but are not necessarily representative of what you will receive.
