No refrigeration required! Our Fino Salami has a 10-12 month shelf life. We stamp the salami with a 12-months "Best if Used By" date from the day they are packaged and try hard to not ship any with less than 10-months left. Wine & Cheese Pairings: This delicate Finocchiona-style salami picnics well with slightly tart white wine like Sauvignon Blanc, light red wine like Beaujolais or any Rosé. Pairs well with Tomme or a mild Swiss Cheese. Who needs beef jerky when you can have award winning salami?! Our salami is the perfect addition to any charcuterie board. All of our cured meats are handmade into 4 oz meat sticks. They make a great snack too!
