I ordered 44 items and they were shipped in 8 separate packages with shipping costing over $160.00 which is ridiculous because they are hoodies. i had to complain to Faire to have them adjust the shipping costs. So although their products are great, i would hesitate to order from them again because of this.

The product itself is fantastic. Excellent quality, attractive, warm, can’t say enough how wonderful it is. That being said, the shipping has been a nightmare. The order is broken up into several small orders, lost packages, delayed packages. It’s been a nightmare to keep track of. Customer service is awful. They sent a message saying this may be delayed and to call the shipping company; they refused to help with tracking this down.
