Pros: My custom towels were AMAZING! I like the quality of the towels & the price point is good. They will be so cute with my Tennessee merchandise. Loved the cute dog pillow covers, great quality fabric. Cons: Didn't ship on time nor did they answer my messages concerning shipping update. A short message would have been appreciated. Shipping is pricey based on distance & weight.
