The bookmarks are lovely and I'm super happy with them, but what I'm most impressed with was the customer service, care, and quick response time. There was a small error in what was shipped to me initially and after reaching out it was resolved immediately, and the corrected item arrived within a few days. That's everything I could ask for in customer service, I highly recommend.
