Description
It is the identification cocktail of the The Key project and it is the extreme twist of a Negroni. Tequila base, blend of vermouth and bitters. It is infused with dried caramel and black leaf tea, matures in barrels and then aged in vats. It is not ready until it has rested at least a month in total. It's a cocktail with an amazing character. On the nose it tells you a story of sweetness, which continues even in the mouth and then rotates towards a tannic and persistent note without being invasive.
