The chimes themselves are beautiful, but they're very delicate and two of them arrived broken. I tried contacting the company and the message was marked as read, but no response was given. Then a third chime broke after barely being handled. Would love to be able to reorder in the future, but only if they work on their communication and the quality/durability of their product. *Revised review: Was able to get in contact with the seller and sent photos of the damaged products and was refunded.
