Only the lid is not dishwasher safe and needs to be cleaned with a clean damp cloth. For the lid, we chose to add a natural touch with acacia wood lined with stainless steel. It is a wood that does not require harmful treatment for health and is known to last over time. Acacia is a wood that heats up little, allowing you to limit burns when you touch it and retain heat.
