I tried reaching out to Clevr directly and haven’t heard back, but my order from September expired sometime in November. A customer noticed a week ago during an attempted purchase. I have 5 of the 6 bags of the Sleep formula from order date and number Sep 3, 2024 #XDWT4JFA72 that I’m unable to sell. I love the product otherwise and have never had a problem and realize this is an issue with fulfillment.

My whole staff and I have been loving all the Clevr products, from the Matcha latte to the frother and latte dust! Such a treat to have a complete latte with adaptogens and you just need hot water. I also love the low minimum, I can order just what I need without having to wait and let more product clear off the shelves before reordering.

The Clevr Superlattes have a 6 months shelf life total, but unfortunately when I have received both of my orders, the shelf life for the products in my order have 3 or less months remaining. As a small boutique store, that's not enough time to sell through the inventory. That means that I've disposed of more Clevr Superlatte bags than I've sold. Super disappointing considering they require you to order a minimum of 6 per product. Product support from Clevr is also pretty bad.
