I have been dealing with IHF for over a year and I always seem to have problems getting my order in a timely manner. My customers are waiting for certain things to be delivered . It is very bad for my business when I have to tell the customer “I placed your order 3 weeks ago but it still hasn’t arrived.” I have one customer who has been waiting 3 months for an out of stock item to arrive. I love their products. I just wish there was a faster turn around to get the items in my shop.
