Not only is Shelley a dream, her NA bottled cocktails are fantastically delicious. The Eva's Spritz is my favorite and the Saskatoon is a close second. My staff and I realized we could use a little Smoky no. 56 as a mezcal replacement in mocktails and WOW! SO GOOD!!!
