I love the products I get, but on a couple of occasions I’ve had big issues with UPS. They’ll hold your order and NOT contact you - then charge you warehouse fees. They will extort you for massive amounts of money that you were never told you’d be charged & fees that they don’t even explain- I had a $125 order once that was held for three weeks and then sent an $800 bill. I refuse to pay and they sent me to collections. To other sellers here- I’m looking into a class action fyi.

I've had them out for one day and they are getting so much attention from the locals. They not only look but sound beautiful. Hopefully these sell fast so we can do business again!

The products totally met our expectation however by the time we paid all the freight, duties and fees our $1200 order were over $700. There is no way to come close to recovering the cost to obtain in pricing. Be sure to investigate all the expense associated with purchases from an international vendor.
