I ordered 5 different Pins, I got 4 of them but was told 1 would be delayed, but the 1 that was delayed wasn't the 1 I was told would be delayed. I had to cancel the order of the delayed pin because it didn't come in time for my event I ordered it for. I am very pleased with the 4 pins I got. They came quickly and they are good quality. I would order these again.

When I first placed my order for pins I needed for an event, estimated ship time said I probably would not be able to have them in time for the event. I emailed the folks at Soar Blue, just to ask if they could bump my order by a day or two, and they responded right away with a message, and said they would definitely try! The products arrived just in the nick of time (cutting it close was MY fault, not theirs!), and I'm so pleased with the quality and their personal touch!
