Inspired by those little Asian sesame treats, this recipe combines East/Middle East flavors with Western traditional sweet candies. The white sesame seeds are toasted as the recipe slow cooks, so this brittle has a wonderfully toasty and nutty flavor. This is our second most popular flavor and for a very good reason – it’s addictive!
