At CanMar Foods, We are the largest producer of Food Grade Conventional and Organic Flax in Canada. We have three very distinct points of differentiation: 1. Our business is fully integrated back to our own 24,000 acre farm, which includes 2,100 acres of organics. We are integrated from “Field to Spoon”. 2. We have a World Class State of the Art Flax processing facility that we use to take our product through 12 cleaning steps to achieve 99.99% purity, the highest in the industry. 3. We use our proprietary and patented roasting process to roast our Flax. This further elevates food safety to remove any risk of yeast, mold or pathogens.
