Agricola Due Vittoria is an innovative company that has turned the category upside down because it literally invented high-density Modena I.G.P. Balsamic Vinegar, in a landscape that until recently knew only the entry-level mass product and, on the other hand, the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. at decidedly important prices. The strength of Due Vittoria was to establish itself, until today it became the number 1 in Italy of Modena I.G.P. Balsamic Vinegar (source IRI - GDO value data), focusing everything on high quality thanks to the use of valuable raw materials but always guaranteeing an affordable price for everyone. It is currently investing in a new 7,000 square meter plant, essential to increase production capacity while maintaining the quality of the products unchanged. The new site houses a highly automated bottling plant, a 2,000-barrel aging cellar and, for the first time, a fermenter to produce its own wine vinegar, thus obtaining full control of the raw materials. The quality of the products offered is the main objective of Due Vittoria. In fact, the company uses only cooked grape must (not concentrated) of selected grapes and 100% Italian wine vinegar and 100% Italian wine vinegar as ingredients for its Modena Balsamic Vinegar, to obtain a naturally dense product with a brown and shiny appearance, using an exclusive and unique production process in the world.
