The first Metal Rescue silhouette was inspired by my dogs Marley and Daisy. I spent a lot of time with them while I was off work around the holidays and was inspired to create something in their likeness. Specifically, I wanted to create something that would showcase their unique personalities. I chose Corten steel for its weathering properties so each metal rescue would become more unique as it develops its rust patina. After receiving positive feedback and many requests from friends and family, I opened up the My Metal Rescue shop in spring of 2020. I hope you enjoy these silhouettes as much as I enjoyed creating them.
