Health X Fitness didn’t start in a boardroom—it started in real life. I’m a Kansas City native, a mom of three, and I built this brand from the ground up with kids in the background, coffee in hand, and a lot of late nights. What launched in June 2024 as an idea quickly turned into something bigger than clothing. We showed up—everywhere. Over 200 community events, pop-ups, workouts, and collaborations across Kansas City, plus a fashion show at the KC Current stadium. Along the way, we built a community of over 3,600 men and women who wanted more than just another brand—they wanted to feel part of something. Our contour sets may have put us on the map, but the real magic is the people. Health X Fitness is for those who train hard, juggle real life, and still choose to show up for themselves.
