About Penguin Parade

Penguin Parade is the business name for original artwork by Scottish artist Ruth Mutch. Ruth has been successfully producing and exhibiting work since 2010. Ruth produces her work at Project Ability, an art workshop for people with disabilities in Glasgow, Scotland. Ruth's work has a very graphic quality and features a series of drawn characters including quirky stylised penguins and other animals. She also illustrated a children’s book, published in January 2017. Ruth’s work has been selling successfully in small art galleries and independent shops in Scotland, at craft fairs and internationally through Etsy.com since 2013. Her Etsy shop has over 1,080 5 star reviews and has earned a star seller every month. Her extensive range of cards includes cats and pandas as well as her signature penguins. They cover a wide range of occasions and ages. Ruth loves to make people smile when they see her designs. Ruth is open to ideas for new designs. Penguin Parade is managed by Kirsten Mutch, Ruth’s mother based in Edinburgh, Scotland which allows Ruth to concentrate on the artwork. She produces a calendar every year too. All our products are designed in Scotland, and printed in the UK.
