I am a ceramic engineer turned stay at home mom. I have tuned my lab skills into crafty lotion making skills to make lotions and skin care that work for my family and I. My Lotion Bar was the first product I made, the Bar that started it all. I got interested in making a solid Lotion Bar after many months (years) of dry, cracked fingers and hands (and feet). Being a stay at home mom with 2 young children meant a lot of hand washing, laundry, and dishes... All those moments of wet hands were leaving my hands completely lacking in moisture and traditional store bought lotions couldn't compete. Since then, the Lotion Bar comes in many other variations and in a twist up Lotion Stick. There have been many other all natural, handmade products as well, from Body Butters to Facial Skin Care. My products do not contain water, alcohols, or fragrance oils.
