I received products from Bellamarque and they look like the picture I attached. They said the shrink wrap should be removed upon arrival. How can I sell an opened item? Today, they cancelled the replacement and gave me a very rude comment saying I claimed only to order more. In fact, when I requested a replacement, I gave our business a second chance to establish a relationship to continue in the future. Unfortunately, they don't want it. MSRP price is $198 but on their website it's only $118.

This store has been blocked from doing further business with us. This store was dishonest about product being damaged and asked for a full refund. Faire gave them their full refund, even though the product was not damaged so I am out the cost of product.
