Good Roots Lotus Chips are a unique and healthy snack chip made as beautiful golden orbs. Mindful Snacking Made Good! Lotus Chips are part of my own “roots” in Japan, where they are known as “Renkon” Chips. Renkon is the root of the lotus flower, known as a symbol of hope, resilience, serenity, and purity. Good Roots company is rooted in two locations: San Francisco, where the company produces and distributes its products; and Japan, the source of many key ingredients and the inspiration for these snack chips. I grew up in Japan and had lotus chips for special occasions.
