Try Deas didn’t start with a business plan—it started with a laugh. “Deas Nuts” was a joke the founder, Louis Deas, had heard his whole life. Then one night, the idea clicked: turn that joke into joy. Into flavor. Into a whole vibe. Rooted in family and Southern tradition, Try Deas was born in his mom’s Atlanta kitchen with recipes passed down and made up along the way. The original flavor—Cinnamon Sugar—came from his Aunt Mary in South Carolina. Red Velvet Cake was inspired by his Aunt Sandra in Atlanta, who baked birthday cakes with so much love you could taste it. Every nut has a story yet unfolding. Every batch contains a memory worth repeating. What began with cracked pecans between father and son has grown into a brand grounded in culture, community, and conversation that’s built by family and friends.
