I’m Jenny & together with my kid, Angel, we are Ipomoea Organics! Ip-Uh-Mee-Uh is how you pronounce our name. Ipomoea is the scientific name for Moonflowers & Morning Glories. Our family matriarch, Granny, who has since passed on, always had a well-loved garden full of Ipomoeas. She was our everything, and we were hers so we named our family business in her honor We love candles so we decided to make them. Like most newbies, we started out with a kit and fell in love! Along the way I’ve discovered a passion for clean, sustainable products and Angel has dug deep into their passion for helping other teens in the LGBTQ community. As a result, all of our products are sourced from only the best organic ingredients & a portion of every sale is donated to the Kansas City Center for Inclusion to support their mission to offer community resources, technology access, and a welcome space for small events and gatherings for LGBTQ youth.
