Hello! We’re Oakdene Designs. We are a team of passionate designers and makers, creating a range of innovative products in our Surrey based studio. We began our journey in 2007 when the boss (Ben Grist) started making high-end chicken coops during his A-levels, from there it sparked a whirlwind of creativity and in 2012 Oakdene Designs was born! From then on it has been one huge adventure. We now have 16 full-time staff (that’s a lot of tea to make…) that work together to create special gifts for special moments. All our products are designed, made and packaged in our workshop in Surrey and we pride ourselves on sourcing locally to support other small businesses, in 2014 we reached a million-pound turnover which was a very proud moment for us all here! We love to find new and exciting ways to produce products that our customers will love, we have several departments which range from UV printing, to laser cutting to sublimation; and we just want to keep adding more! All our team come from a creative background which is perfect for when we are coming up with new products.
