I found magnets from my kids' Magformer toys that fit perfectly into the open back seam. I discreetly secured them, and the prototype design gradually evolved into what it is now. Despite pandemic delays, we launched a pre-order and sold out by summer's end in 2020, prompting me to focus on Ponyback full-time, leaving my teaching job behind.
