The Little History Studio Sophie Tam was born in Paris, from the desire of a couple of French-Chinese artists to create jewelry together according to their vision. Toba and Antoine met during their studies at the Fine Arts. Noticing the affinities they share in their individual approaches, they decided to expand their scope of activity and create the brand together in the summer of 2017. The Artistic Approach The jewels of Studio Sophie Tam stand out because they are the work of artists who have worked freely for years their paintings and drawings. Art & Matter Acrylic is a plastic material distributed by environmentally conscious companies, acrylic is a recycling product integrated into the sustainable development approach. Its original qualities, transparencies, tones and reflections offer a wide choice of combinations of shapes and colors. Between Crafts & Technology The production is entirely ensured by the two creators who combine mastery of technological tools and manual crafts. The Parisian workshop where they work has a laser machine that guarantees a high fidelity of cutting for drawings. Secondly, the parts are worked, heated, polished and assembled by hand.
