About Hand and Paw Project

The Hand & Paw Project™ was started in 2015 By Canadian multi-media artist Deborah Groenheyde. While traveling, Deb missed her rescue dogs, Java and Moka, and had the idea to create a piece of jewelry to remind her of the connection she shared with her pets even when she was separated from them. What began as a sketch of Deb’s hand and Moka’s paw is now a piece of wearable art suitable for anyone who has experienced the unconditional love of an animal. This beautiful symbol represents the bond we have with our pets and everyone who wears a bracelet helps a rescue in need. Deb's vision is to pay it forward and help rescues all over the globe so a portion from each sale goes towards this. The collections represented here make beautiful gifts to both give and receive.
