Founded in 1978, the company RAMIRO MARTÍNEZ, S.L. has focused its business activity on the meat industry sector. Our location in the heart of the Salnés Valley allows us easy access to the main Galician communication routes. We produce typically Galician products such as lacón, cacheira, panceta, etc., with production processes in which we have managed to combine the traditional recipes of their artisanal recipes with the application of the most advanced technologies on the market in production and hygienic-sanitary safety. Our products stand out under the commercial slogan MONTIÑO "Naturally Galician." Our market is mainly centered in the Galician territory, accounting for 70% of the company's turnover. The rest of the business volume consists of 25% from European Community countries and 5% from clients in the rest of Spain. We cover all distribution channels, from the public sector, horeca, meat wholesalers or retailers, to supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large stores.
