GUIOT DE BOURG was born in 1905 from the fingers of a specialist in goldsmithing. Sixty years later, in 1965, his granddaughter specialized in the manufacture of 925 silver jewelry. It was in 2004, after having worked for more than 30 years as a salesperson and then a salesperson for Guiot de Bourg, that Chantal Mathieu bought the house; in 2010, it moved to 119 rue du Temple in Paris in the Marais.
