Our unique design took over a year to create, and through trial and error we created a finger friendly grating surface. We started selling our graters at local farmer's markets around the Portland area in 2015, and have been rapidly expanding since then. You can now find us all around the Portland Metro area during market season, and in stores nationwide. We are proud to have 100% recyclable retail packaging.
