Hey there, I'm Bekah! HarleyLu Designs is a woman-owned dog bandana small business located in Portsmouth, Virginia. We specialize in over the collar dog bandanas. I started this business in September 2020 in the hopes of providing the most affordable dog bandanas for every dog-obsessed human. Because what's better than dogs? Dogs in super cute dog bandanas of course! We also pride ourselves in being a brand that gives back. With that said, we donate 10% of our sales every month to a local dog shelter.
