Florsty was born in my little South London flat during the first lockdown. As a self employed events person I had no work and needed to keep my brain working, and as a girl that loves to make and create, Florsty happened! Florsty has now grown and evolved into the dreamy pastel sculptural goddesses and sweet container candles that you see before you. The environment is a really key focus of mine, making sure everything single thing I use for this little business is cruelty free, ethically sourced and can be recycled - this is why I don’t tend to use scent! Now based back in my homeland, Cornwall, I pour each candle by hand with the help of my Golden Retriever, Bam - or Bamela Anderson if she’s feeling extra sassy. And I only pour to order, making sure nothing goes to waste. As basic as it is, our only real goal is to make something good for your soul - that doesn’t hurt the planet.
