When we started Five Birds Coffee Co, the aim was simple: to provide our customers with ethically sourced coffee that tastes amazing. We wanted to improve our local coffee culture and make specialty coffee accessible and affordable for everyone. It was the dream of the founder, Mitch, his wife and his father, Mike to have a coffee company... A little later along came Mitch's Father-In-Law, John, who also loves coffee with a passion! Together they, supplying delicious, fresh roasted coffee! We are a Family-Owned, Woman-Owned and Veteran-Owned business!
