Uko The history of Uko Vodka, which Sven Uko Bültena creates, goes back far into the generations of the family. For centuries, male family members with their first names have been called Uko. Great-great-grandfather Uko loved to travel and discovered the timut pepper on one of his travels. He describes it in letters and postcards to his former wife, whom he sent home from his travels.
