Freckles & Feelings is an independent candle design and manufacturing studio based in Houston. We handcraft our candles with soy and coconut wax, essential oil-infused fragrances, and crackling wooden wicks. Our signature fragrance combinations are custom designed and blended in-house for a unique aromatic experience which transcends the average candle. Inspired by botanical indulgences and world travel, our wide range of fragrance options appeals to individual sensibilities- something we love celebrating. We use a luxuriously creamy wax, custom blended for us and manufactured in the USA from renewable soy beans and coconuts for an eco-friendly, clean burn. This blend allows for even melt pools, super long burn times, and stronger scent throws than 100% soy wax candles. Our modern wooden wicks, sourced from FSC-certified forests, are manufactured in the USA, crackle like a mini fireplace, and produce less carbon buildup than traditional cotton wicks. Our ultra chic white vessels, are made in the USA and fashioned with artful labels by designer Caitlin Wallace-Rowland for an aesthetic that romanticizes natures while staying grounded in modern minimalism.
